Walletex Microelectronics Ltd. sole warranty is to replace a defective product that was properly used, with a new one, within one year from purchase.

 Walletex Microelectronics Ltd. will not warranty for any consequential damages cause to or by the product.

 Walletex Microelectronics Ltd. will not warranty for:

• Damages resulting from improper use, or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse.
• Short circuit  caused due to device or by the device, by contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat, or food.
• Damages to material stored on host or network computer.
• Damages to host Computer due to device insertion.
• Damages or loss of materials stored in the device.
• Other acts which are not the fault of  Walletex.
